Initial Sketches
I researched different board designs and layouts and tried out some of them and created my own ones. I mostly tried out different fonts, trying to find the perfect one. Placement was also an important aspect I explored.
I chose to create my information board for the sports centre area and the map I've included shows the sports centre, the parking lot, and the 3G Astroturf.
The strip at the bottom has stayed pretty much the same throughout my sketches; it has the university logo and name on it and a QR code for the website.
I created some sketches of different board types as well, and I tried to take inspiration from things around me to get as big of a selection as possible.
